C&C Spartan 300 Boxed Set . . box #300!!

WOOT to the boot!
Yep, I just secured a Spartan Boxed Set . . and it's number 300!!
A nice collectible methinks, maybe better than having box #1.
Hmm, might a great Hannukah gift for someone ~ like myself!!

Edit: Oh, do you mean the little white box collector's edition? I've not heard it called that before.
The way you worded that (Spartan and "300") I was envisioning something with a half-naked Gerard Butler on the cover, underneath the words "Castles & Crusades!" Needless to say I was konfuzzled.

The Spartan 300 were the first 300 copies of the Collector's Edition (white box), signed and numbered.

I've got #33 safe on my shelf and an un-numbered one for reading on my desk.
You're right, though, that #300 is a cool number to own.

You had to special order really early in the development process in order to get a numbered one. Playtesters got early dibs (I think).

If I recall, playtesters did get first crack and could specify a number they wanted, as long as it wasn't #1-#10. Those were reserved for important personages.
But I'm so important and the best I could do was #45? (j/k)
