Was staring out the window this morning and started thinking about character names that were puns in nature. A couple that struck me as amusing...
Cleric or Fighter: Tac y' Cardia
Rogue: Kid Nee
Wizard or Illusionist: Nur'l
Bard: Poul Leese

I look at the crop of new wannabe-famous stage magicians, like Justin Kredible. Also, porn star names. Always use those. However, I did recently introduce a barbarian into the game named Groin.

There's a whole section at the end of the GFW book of names that is devoted to just this subject. As I recall, there are some zingers in there.

That would be page 194.
But I'm sure others have more.

One of my halfling characters (a rogue) was Moe Zart, he used an alias of Bea Tohfenn.

I once ran a character named "Dex Check" in a Star Wars game.
My daughter suggested a character named "Bo Anderos" for one campaign.

I had an NPC by the name of Lewis Cipher. It was actually meant as a warning, but the players missed it.

"Gender Illusionists" are also a good source of punny names: Anita Mann, Virginia Hamm, etc....

There is a race of minotaur-like creatures in World of Warcraft (Tauren). One of the best names I saw for one was "Hoofhearted".

We had a guy we gamed with who liked to name his character whenever he could. "Tommy Gunn"
Also a friends cousin who was a few years younger than us had to name his character. He named him John. When told he needed a last name as well he looked at the PHB and saw the heading "Henchmen" and said his last name Henchman. Thus John Henchman was born. He was a ranger that was famous for wandering into a village and asking "Are there any goblins in town?"
