Another Return...

Well, gaming has scaled back some the past few months and my own writing and campaigns have slowed. Fortunately my absence this time has not been as long though I have lurked a lot more that I have posted. I'll be honest, it still feels different and not quite the same as it did on the old boards (prior to the massive spam and ads we were getting towards the end). Change is ever the winds I suppose. However, I managed to keep my ear to the ground and I do still press on the Crusade up here in Canada when I can with the occasional demo and session for strangers. I still love this game and this society while I confess I grow weary of some of the other elements in the greater gaming community. It needs a serious shot in the arm and a good ol' fashioned 'kick'.
Then again, we probably all do.
Currently, I'm starting to look at possibly getting a large order in with the Trolls here... I still don't have a physical copy of the CKG and, from what I understand, a case is now out for them. The very latest modules and accessories still need to be acquired but I am happy to say I have all of it on PDF. The physical copies I'm missing amount to about five I guess -- Malady of Kings, Dark Journey, A7 and A8, and Engineering Castles). What can I say? Shipping is never cheap across borders. LOL!
My own campaign where we were running the A-Series has been on pause since the summer but I'm starting to look at dates to start and continue the adventures of the stalwart band. We're about to tackle the material in A2 so I'm happy about that. In that period, I still managed to get a two-part story arc which was successful enough to warrant a write up. Expect something from BHP sometime in 2012.
Anyway, I hope everyone is well and I'm glad that some of the regulars are keeping the place alive.

PS -- I still detest that Ning thing. I recently have received 'offers' from Russian women who want to send me their picture and be my friend on Ning... etc. Not cool.
