Shannara Druid using Amazing Adventures

Post by lobocastle »

I have been looking for a way to make a C&C version of the Shannara Druid as presented in the Terry Brook's saga Shannara. I was reviewing Amazing Adventures a product I highly recommend. I was on the edge about ordering it, but since I have gotten the book it has provided me with so many ideas to improve my C&C game.

I was re-looking at the Mentalist class and noticed that although in no way intended by Amazing Adventures a good approximation could be made of the Shannara Druids by choosing the right psionic powers. Yes, it is true that the Shannara Druids are not Psionicists, the mechanics of the Mentalist class reflect the powers of the Shannara Druid quiet well.

Interesting.

I enjoy the series, but can't recall the specifics of the druid's abilities!

Might be time to re-read. :P
