Now I hear the thing that brings down my Chirstmas a notch

Ok, it's typical for me not to get much gaming stuff for Christmas. But I found out that my wife was going to get me the C&C boxed set since I had been wanting it.

Turns out I didn't get it. Why? She was too scared to call TLG to order it and wanted my Sister-in-Law to do it. She was too scared to call them as well. Now I've ordered over teh phone from TLG and had great talks with them there's nothing scary about these guys.

Needless to say I almost had one. But she says when we recover some I can get one. I don't know whether to laugh at the humor of being scared to make a phone call or cry at the sadness of it.

Scared to call?
What have you been telling them about the Trolls?
Only dangerous part of them is if you get between them and beer.

I always have said how much I loved calling them and how much I love to deal with them over the phone. Dunno what she was thinking but she still finds some gamer types a bit off. ( can't blame her after a few visits to a game store where the sterotypical gamers were undressing her with their eyes. )

I just dunno what to make of it...

I've only e-mailed the Trolls, I'm way too scared to call 'em.
