Yeah, I've got a few issue with my feet as well. I bought a concept2 rowing machine this month, low impact and great exercise and lets me stay home exercising while my kids are in bed.

My abdominal wall has been cut up too many times for me to do that. In fact, I am not even allowed to pick up anything over 25 LBS.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

I like how, by page two, this thread devolved into, "Things about me that hurt."

My back hurts like every time I wake up.

I have that problem too, just its been much better since I got one of those "memory foam" type beds and some stretching exercises they gave me to use actually help. Weird how when they do all that cutting on the front side it adds extra stress to the backside and messes that up too.
