Troll Lord Games

Well just had to say awesome.

SO I was bidding on an auction on eBay...auction in particular was a East Mark Gazetteer and a 1st edition Players hand book.

I am looking at the product when received and notice it has a #109 of 300 inside front cover.

Thinking...is it one of those signed during Gencon 2008 that I have seen listed on Noble Knight games for $125? Searching all over for a signature and missed it twice....but its as plain as day right on the front cover....also it was clear as day on the photo of the auction but didn't see it and not mentioned in the description.

Sweet...even though it has some bowing on the corners that also has effected the maps a little as well.....still am very happy I won. Got lucky I guess I can say!

Yes. 2007 actually, but yes that was from the batch Gary Gygax signed at Gen Con.

I watched that auction -- I think you got a good price, especially if you need the PH that came with it.

NKG's asking prices aren't necessarily indicative of what one of the 300 signed ones typically go for, but if the seller were patient and set a higher starting bid, it probably would have fetched more $$$ for them.

Also, I think the seller did himself a disservice by misspelling Gazetteer, and by including neither Zagyg or Gygax in the listing title.

No doubt. The price would have ended higher.

NKG wants $125 for an autographed copy?! That is cray-cray! Maybe I should sell mine. Hmm...

Didn't NEED the 1st printing but WANTED it.

I was happy with the price....just because didn't have the item.

Didn't even realize the spelling was incorrect. Have a saved search for eBay to pull up "Troll Lord Games", "Castles & Crusades", and "Castle Zagyg".
