For crying out loud. Do your best with the rolls the dice have given you. This is what separates the men from the boys... -Kayolan

It appears they only targeted the GURPS Cyberpunk rpg.

It's rumored the Alternity rpg was halted due to it's Dark Matter supplement, which detailed true government conspiracies (now released CIA documents).

I doubt that. There would be court docs as it would generate discovery proceedings...

Yes, the early 90s were a strange time to be in the tech world.

Not just in the tech world. I know guys that had a nice long talk from the FBI & CIA after Clancy released one of his books ( I can't remember which one) It was so spot on, on the TTPs that was in the book, the assumption was that someone from the teams must have talked to him. ... It was kind of odd to be a new guy on the team, reading his book, and have an old guy tell you not to be see reading it ... or 'they' will be talking to you too

That doesn't sound right ... It had to do with South America & drugs

That would be Clear and Present Danger - but I don't see why anyone would talk to people about that one; it was published long after the events that it depicts (or at least ones that were substantially similar) had been documented by the media. I had only heard people "talked to" about the events surrounding the capture of a Russian sub.
