Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Looks good. Tile floors are the way to go down there. When I lived in a similar clime I had the same throughout all but the bedrooms.

Yeah, we are getting rid of carpeting throughout the house. The rooms we have done so far are not true tile, they are laminate flooring. Which I am already hating because the tile surface is already chipping. Now my Master Bedroom and Bathroom as well as the kitchen will be done with real stone tiles.Arduin wrote:Looks good.
