I think tha's where they put things people want to have "fixed," sort of like an errata section. But only a few people have access to it.

My understanding is that is where they write the truths that the public is not yet ready to hear. Things like having a class use its main attribute for all checks. Or where all the baby pigeons actually are (hint: it involves aliens).
