Excellent art, my friend!

The one just above, the laughing beauty to the left looks like Carly Simon!!!

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

All the above were drawn or painted by my daughter in 2010.

All well done. She has talent.

My personal favorites are the color image titled "Quinn", I like the purple highlights in her hair, and the ant/scorpion like monster.

I'll pass it on. She rarely visits these boards anymore. She has gotten significantly better in the last 5 years, I'll have to upload some of them to Photobucket to show them.

Your daughter has some talent for sure.

Am I nuts or does the first drawing resemble your wife??

Not the hairdo, but the face.

:)

Well, your clearly nuts, but I guess it does look like my wife a little, in a general way.

Thanks. I am sure, as an artist, it is nice to get feedback that is positive. And please do post more. It would be fun to see more. :D

Oh yeah!!!!

How did her pottery class turn out some years ago??

Wasn't she going to sculpt a garden gnome for me with Jay's facial expression?? LOL!

I'm guessing that she had more interesting/important things to do!! 8-)

I imagine it has to do with her not taking any more pottery classes. Not sure, I had forgotten about that as well.

I'm trying to. I know I have at least a half dozen more of her work on my computer, done within the last year, but I cannot find what folder I saved them too. They definitely are not in the folders I should have put them in.

:x
