It was a bit long, but all and all a good one. Better than 1 - 3, a tick below 4 ...

My girls enjoyed it so that is extra points.

I found a better place for it and moved the thread for you.

I was hoping at first that this was a thread on using the Force in some scifi version of C&C. I ran "OD&D Star Wars" back in the 1970's and I thought it might be something like that. ;)

As far as the new movie goes, I enjoyed it a lot. I think there may be a few things I'd change but overall I thought it captured a lot of the magic from A NEW HOPE and was clearly better than I-II-III.

Not interested in it. Sort of lost interest in the movies halfway through the second trilogy. I enjoy the universe, but lets go with different stories rather than extending/re-hashing the same plot lines already dealt with.

Well considering all "canon" is no longer canon, there is going to be a certain amount of rehashing done to establish the new canon.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

I don't go to theaters anymore, although I would consider going to this movie on a Tuesday morning or some such to avoid the crownds. But for sure, I buy it when it comes to Blu!
