Minis - Figures - Terrain Etc

Hey Guys
Got "back" into RPGs a little over a year ago... after a 30 year hiatus. My son found my old boxes of "stuff" and wanted to learn how to play. I searched the net, and after trying out several of the newer games/rules... we settled on C&C. Of course, to play "proper", you need minis, and I had a stock pile of old (1977-1985ish) Grenadier and Ral Partha Stuff. With the the release of AD&D, Grenadier started making their Gold Box Line... and that is where I started.
Make no mistake, I suck at painting. Did back then... and still do now, but I am having fun with it, and for table top C&C purposes, they work out nicely.
First up was Fighting Men 2005, here is a work in progress shot

of course, they pale in comparison to Otherworld's

and some from Antimatter

Next up, I painted the Gold Line Box 2006 "The Specialist"... and encouraged by the folks at the LAF http://www.lead-adventure.de/, I even made a small backrgound.. "Entrance to the Caves of Chaos"
Otherworld was working on the same box... awesome stuff!

I then needed some Monsters, so I painted up the "Denizens of the Swamp" Box#2010

My most recent attempt, was the Wizards Box, #2001. I went with a Rainbow ROY G BIV theme... and made a new background of a cave/cavern wall

When I get back to the painting table after Summer Break, I'll be starting into the "Females" #2007... I'll post my progress here.
Anyone else that paints minis or makes terrain for for their games... don't hesitate to post pics... it inspires me to go further... and may help others to come in off the side lines as well!
My next project will be "converting" some of my old modules to C&C.. starting with "Keep on the Boarderlands"
