I sent you guys an e-mail via your website e-mail address this past weekend, and then again via this boards PM system yesterday. You have yet to indicate your receipt of either one.
So have you gotten them?

Better off calling Steve or giving Peter a heads-up! Works better that way!

Alright Treebore, you've been around long enough to know that steve not responding to emails is about as newsworthy as steve not answering the phone or that the Roman Empire fell!

Yep, and you've been around long enough to know posting said information does less than freeze drying freon. They have a phone, and a number. If you've got one too, I'm sure you can get the click-hook. Besides, I hear Steve likes hookers...

I don't have long distance service and my wife lost our calling card. So this was the best way I could think of to make sure they got my order.

No problemo, and if it helps, I can place orders for you . . . at a slight fee of course.
I have some special influence with the Trolls {don't tell anyone, but I'm a big Bill Clinton fan and I know those Trolls are too]. So shhh, don't tell anyone 'cause who the heck would want to admit that??? See what I mean.

What? Calling? I have been throwing rocks and day old milkshakes at the Trolls to get their attention. Trust me, that hasn't worked so well.

I know your reliable once you get the order. It was the e-mail that I was worried about.
I called in my last two orders, and would have this time, but my wife lost our 1200 minute calling card with over 800 minutes still on it.
Since she makes way more long distance phone calls than I do I'm refusing to get another one. Not to meniton that is what? $50.00 in minutes she has lost? Plus I know she lost it here in our house. So unless it somehow ended up in a trash can, its findable.
Plus this is like the 4th time this past year she has lost a card.
So if you guys would just return an e-mail saying you received it, I would not have been concerned about my e-mail being lost and delaying my order.
Besides, you have to reply, I'm paying via Paypal.

It might not be a bad idea to set up an account '
orders@trolllord.com' just for e-mail orders. It could then be forwarded to the '
troll@trolllord.com' account, and that account could be set up to have a rule to direct the forwarded e-mails to a special folder. That way the orders would not get lost amongst spam messages and Peter and Gary's pestering!

*chuckles* I dont have to pester by email. ^_~`
Mail is less apt to get lost by using yahoo or similar services though...^_~`

I don't see why everyone is having problems. I placed an order & it only took a week or so to get a reply from steve. Plus they think they sent me books I wanted and didn't order (I got bust at work & left on a FTX) so I guess that gives him advanced timing. What more could you ask for. No need to pre-order just think real hard "Boy I wish I had that!"
Now I'm not sure if they arrived (I'm still in the great American south west training) yet. If so I'm sure my wife just rolled her eyes & put the books on my stacks of history mags & books.....
