1st Edition Compatible Adevnture Module Released

Post by tomjscott »

Magique Productions first 1st edition compatible adventure module is now available on RPGNow in PDF form.
http://www.rpgnow.com/product_info.php? ... s_id=21184&

I visited these forums before and got the general impression that this sort of module might be of interest to C&C gamers.

Note that we are participating in the GM's Day sale this weekend and the product will be listed at 35% off from Friday to Sunday.

Awesome! Thanks for dropping by and I will definitely check it out when I go GM day shopping!
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.
Sounds obvious to me! -Gm Michael

That is really cool!

I looked at the document and it was very surreal. So familiar, yet so out of context. It's cool to see that old school is still being used. 8)

Dristram, speak not of that game again, lest the hounds of hell doth cometh and strike down my liege Coburg The Undying and his vassals.

Are you sure you want Coburg as your liege lord, Trav? He was a lieutenant of the Horned God, Unklar and wishes his return!!

Wasn't there order and efficiency under Unklar's rule?

Well yes, but . . but - there was also dark, unspeakable horrors and evil issuing from the pits of HELL - Aufstrag and other places. The world was dark and cold - things died . . .

*wry smile* I believe what Traveller is trying to convey is the fact that TLG forums are not a venue for advertising the aformentioned products. Something that has been made very clear on a number of occasions. ^_~`

At least he was kind enough not to mention "he who shall not be named" and we have to go to RPGnow to see the banned named one's name.

I'll be honest, I'm not particularly against it. But, the various questions about it's legality and the past tension over discussions of the unnamable has made me wary of it.

I think if legal action was possible it would have happened by now. Plus they are being very careful to make no money what so ever off of the rules set.

Enough adventures have been sold based on it that if WOTC was going to make a move they would have already done so.

So I think all the fears have been proven false at this point. I am no lawyer, but based on WOTC's past fast reactions to copyright/ownership threats, I think they are safe. WOTC would have done soemthing well before now if they were going to. Just like they have with every other legitimate infraction.

That may be true. I'm still in a wiat and see stance with most stuff for it. Besides I find the C&C crowd to be ultimately friendlier than some of the other guy supporters.

Suffice it to say wizened and more experienced companies are avoiding it like black death.

Nuff said.
