Gods & Demons?

Sorry if this has been elsewhere addressed, but I just got Castles & Crusades and Monsters & Treasures today.
No demons in the monsters! Argh! It's like 2nd edition all over again... lol.
Seriously- the M&T book mentions a Gods & Demons sourcebook. Well, all excited I came hither to find this tome... But it is no where to be found.
My question, then is: Has this book been cancelled? If so, why? If not, when-oh-when shal it be released?

Demons were removed by editorial/managerial caveat, and not because they were not submitted, though when I was informed, I removed them from the manuscript. I have a general idea why they were not included, and I understand it somewhat, but do feel the gaming community would've been better served with a few more demonics in the main monster book (replacing things like the PHB races; I think they're superfluous, as they're already in the PHB... but that wasn't my decision, either.) Anyway, the reason I prefer, and the one I believe is the ultimate one, is that a small section (3-4 pages) is not enough for something like demons. They need a whole book to even come close to ding justice, and for that, I am glad they are not heavily represented in M&T, despite a personal desire to have maybe 2-3 in there.
That all said, I expect, and hope, the G&D tome is something you all want to have, and it strikes a chord of something marvelous. I'll be doing my best to make that happen...

There is a free download, Haunted Highlands Chapter 4 Deities of the Karboskian Marches, available. It has Deities, but, alas, no demons.

Perhaps a random generation method like in the 1e DMG, plus some examples of the most "infamous" demons/devil could have been fit in two or three pages in M&T. Oh well, we will have to wait.

The excruciating thing is that Gods & Demons hasn't even shown up on the radar as to when it might be released! I would definitely like to see Serl's 3+ page writeup.
However, Gods & Demons... may be a long, LONG time away. Just my theory.

I think when we request things like CK Guides and monster books from the Trolls, they just push them back in the release schedule ... you know, because they can.
