About to make an order...

Post by StealthSuitStanley »

Anyone have the Hall of Many Planes? Book of Familiars? I'm wondering how useful these are and how they merge with C&C.

How about the modules available. Any good ideas?

My order will be based on your answers....

I to was thinking about getting thes 2 books.

I have some of the old modules (bought them before I found C&C) and they have converted easily. I like winter ruins, barakus, & by shadow of night. If this helps

I thought Hall of Many Panes was one of the ones not in the sale.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.
Sounds obvious to me! -Gm Michael

I think that Davis killed the Hall of Many Panes sale item a few posts above. I don;t think that it was originally supposed to be included in the sale (being a big honkin' box set and all). *shrugs*

What!!! That's the one I really need! I'm on a tight budget and can't afford to drop a ton on something like that.

I'll have to call in and see what the status is, exactly.

Anyone know how long this sale lasts???

No, it would have been included but they said it's "sold out"!

Skip the Hall of Many Panes and go for the Lost City of Barakus then. Big honkin' Necro book for very few pennies. Nice.

I don't have the Hall, but can say Barakus is great at normal price, at the sale price

Just ordered by phone. The lady said they still had the Hall of Many Planes, but I added Lost City of Barakus anyway!
Man what a great deal!!

I'm glad to hear good things about Lost City of Barakus. It's one of those modules I didn't have the spare $$$ for back in the day, and over time just forgot about it. With the $10.00 Sale of Goodness came up, how could I pass! I've never heard one bad thing about Barakus... *points to everybody who said good things*

Hall of Many Panes is sweeeeeet.
