I was just about to ask the same question, although I supposed it should be amended slightly to ask when it'll be reissued under the new system, and then how long before the other two installments can be expected.

My guess is that y'all be waiting a long, long, LONG time before anything like that sees the light of day. Just my personal opinion though.
