And a darn'd good module it is. I reccomend it highly for quintessential old-school goodness.

I ordered a copy a few days ago and am really looking forward to it. How about Tower of Blood?

Not quite as good as CotSK, but still very worthy. Of course, others have disagreed with me. For some reason, ToB just seems a bit slower and not quite as "fresh." I think, together, they are relatively good companion modules.

You can also get Cairn of the Skeleton King at NKG at a slight discount.

This is new to me so can anyone tell me what system this module uses? D&D C&C?

It looks great and I'd like to pick it up.

Thanks.

The playtest version I have used a generic system, and I imagine the released one does as well, meaning its not "any" system, but "any" system compatible, specifically meant to be similar to AD&D, and akin to the CU method Rob used in the past.

I'll echo the praise for Cairn of the skeleton king. A rousing good module.

My copy of Tower of Blood just arrived this week, and I haven't yet had time to read it.

I am less interested in the Bottle City mod (apparently Kuntz's next effort), despite its legendary status in D&D circles. I don't tend to like the "whoops! now you're tiny!" or "Ha! now you're stuck in a bottle" kinds of adventures. But YMMV.

Great module - quite deadly but very interesting. I need for my group to level up a bit and hope to be able to run it soon.

I'm still trying to work CotSK into my "A" series campaign. I have some ideas, but will wait to see how things unfold.
