Seriously sometimes I feel like I'm the only C&C player in the entire Greater Toronto Area.

Gosh, methinks there are a lot of C&C players in your area. Might want to check DF for some action.
I know Greg Ellis lives in Toronto, but plays LA and AD&D. However, he might want to try a game. And he probably knows who from DF lives in your area.

Believe me, man, we are here - we just tend to keep a low profile in the event that Monte Cook et al show up and try to replace us with those pod things. You know, the ones that look like us but talk in a montotone, never blink and have the cabbage leaves on the back of their heads.
The group that I associate with has varied from a peak of about seven or eight, to its current low of myself and my brothers. We're a little disappointed about how things have turned out recently, but it's only logical, with the old gang becoming locked in with work, work and more work, and family issues on top of that. At this stage I'm just grateful we can have any clear time to get together and roll the dice.
I couldn't say for sure, but I imagine that there are gaming stores (Crossed Swords at Jane and Annette comes to mind) that would be more than happy to provide space and/or a social network to find like-minded others. Give them a call at (416)604-9410. They're also pretty darn good about finding C&C stuff if you can't phone Little Rock. Give 'em a shot.

yes, it's part of our plan, infiltrate everything, everywhere, then once the beacon is sent (bob and doug's theme song), we will take over the world. molded to our image, you shall wear lumber jackets and touques in the summer, you shall drink beer from stubby bottles, you will eat and love back bacon, not canadian bacon, back-bacon!!!, and you shall apologize for every slight you did and did not do...
bwahahaha

...then we will make your entertainment media as good as Canadian television...that way, no one will watch it...and your borders will come crashing down...leaving you exposed to an all out invasion.

I'd be down for the burlington sessions. Hamilton is pretty far now that I'm done school.
Heck we can run some games down in my uber-gaming basement sometimes. I'm looking to form a new group. We had a falling out and lost two players and two more cause of school, so I'm down to about 3-4 regularly. I could really use 1 or 2 more.

Angelius,
as of right now, the game's on hold, 2 months ago today my son was born (our second in 15 months) and am just buried at the moment...
however
I'm hoping that within the next 2-3 months I'll have some more time on my hands to get involved again... Either I can run something (and yes, your sister would be more than welcome), or I'd also very much like to play C&C, seeing as I've never done that either...
Anyway, we can offlist this, send me a pm and I'll send you my real email and we can start coordinating more...
cheers,
J.

I love 'nucks. My wife and I both have family up dere. Give me Nova Scotia smoked salmon for breakfast and back bacon on my pizza for dinner!
[Ahh, one thing though, I'm not happy with the Canadian government for ruining Niagra Falls. I cried when I went up there a few years ago. At least I have my memories from 20 years back before the casino/hotel monstrosities dropped onto the edge. ]

Canada leads the world at being just north of the USA!
One of my good friends lives in Calgary. we used to play alot of DaoC together and have of late been thinking about using a channel in the vent server to play C&C or maybe gammaworld 4th edition.
I don't know though.. picked up a copy of LA and must admit I like it alot. Now if only the copy I ordered from TL would get here.
