I went over to a friends house the other night and he had bought a movie called "Gamerz", not to be confused with "The Gamers". "GAMERZ is a new full length comedy movie from Scotland an engaging love triangle with a strong twist of fantasy!" It was pretty damn funny, though much of the time I could not understand the heavy accents.
And below is a link to a "gamer documentary" called "Fear of Girls". Brace yourselves for some major gamer geekdom. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HmgLOKRl5J0
Some things I ran across
I actually watched these, when the game wasn't distracting me, while gaming in "The Ram" at GenCon last year.

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

our local indie video store had Gamerz on the shelf last week. I picked it up and rented it and was pleasantly surprised. The accents are thick, but the story is pretty good. I also like the choice to use pen and ink drawings for the game sequences. All in all, a pretty good flick for the genre.
