Welcome to the Crusade MK2! I myself began playing 1st. Ed. in 1983 through 1995 before having to 2nd Ed. because of the lack of 1st Ed. players. Enjoy C&C! I sure do!

Hi everybody...first post. I played 1E for a decade (1980-1990) , then I just sort of drifted away when 2E came out then started playing marvel RPG, Gamma World, Boot Hill, Avalon Hill Wargames , Battletech, Games Workshop stuff including space hulk and lots of 40K, and on and on and on....well I went to Gen Con this year and went over to meet Mr. Gygax and was introduced to the C & C system (it looks like 1.5 first edition at first glance ....). I ended up buying one of every single book they had at the booth ($500.00)...Yikes!).

I hope this gets me back to DMing again...we'll see.

Man, that must have been an amazing experience!
My intro to C&C was "slowly but surely" as it was online and I had a chance to think about it (heh, what's to think about after learn what it's about?), before buying.

Anyway, welcome to the Crusade and . .

enjoy the game!!

Oh yes, squires and rogues too! Even Fatty the Hobbit can get into the action and feel like a King... or Count!

"Then you have a Half Baked Hillbilly..."

That explains just about everything.
