That's fantastic! Sounds like an awesome product.
I have nothing but the utmost respect for AGP. I wish companies like AGP, TLG, KenzerCo., Paizo, etc, would be able to take back the gaming industry from Hasbro.

Well, I can certainly say I wish I could subscribe. AGP put out a sample city for FreeRPG Day. It was really good. If their magazine content is on a par with that it will be good stuff, Maynard. I don't think I can ante up on that price tag though. Man, I wish I was rich. LoL

Guess I'll just have to be happy with my Crusader. heh

Edit: Too clarify. This little troll just had major plumbing work done to his little old hovel. Now he'll be broke till no-freekin'-vember.

Sounds really great, Mishler! I may have to pony up some ducats for this after I get my new computer fully spec'd to where I want it (next are 2-500gb SATA HDDS RAID 0!).

yeah, sounds great. A lot of content for the money. Still, $120 is a lot to part with ... but I'm sure I'll convince Mrs Geleg.

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Good luck and best wishes in this venture, James. I would most likely try a "try me"!

It's been brewing for a while, and at Gen Con it was only in the idea stages. I was still ambivalent about whether to get a job in the RW and work on this part time, or go all in with gaming. I figured I'm not getting any younger, and after crunching numbers (personal needs and business needs wise) decided to go for it.

I've often said you must be insane to go into magazine publishing, especially in this business... Now I know!

Actually, the final decision was made Friday night, I just needed to speak with a few people and get some final ducks in a row before I went forward...

I figured the final decision was some time after GenCon, so that post was intended as a bit "tongue in cheek".
