i converted the enture m&T to old school stat blocks for myself when i am writing adventures. This included breaking out monsters that ad different variations. i.e. the hyrda with 5 heads vs. one with 8.

Probably much better and easier to just make one then to wait for one to come in a book that will need to be provided with a pdf anyway because copying pages out of books doesn't always work well for everyone. It is not as if making a monster stat block for C&C is a monumental task anyway.
