Whats the difference in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd printing of the PHB and M&T?

The second printing of the PHB corrected some glaring formatting(layout) and typographical issues of the first. The third printing did a bit more of that, plus a change in the poison determination charts.
M&T 2nd printing wasn't so drastic a change. Just the poison tables and some odd and end errata fixes.
Both the 3rd printing PHB and the 2nd printing M&T underwent cover design layout changes, and both have glossy paper inside which was due to printer error.
