I was just noticing that we have 888 registered users here, and was wondering what we could do to increase this number.

This isn't entirely an altruistic endeavor on my part, as ideally, I want a huge fan base I can dip into for online gaming and the like.

Slimy, have you ever considered running a C&C game at PBPHouse? I have been toying with the idea of doing so, which might generate more interest in the game and bring more people here.

Hmm, I wasn't aware of this; I'll check it out.

As someone who lurks here from time to time, I think this is a good idea. I've run a session or two of C&C, but never had a chance to play myself. I have a work schedule that changes week to week, so it is hard to commit to any set time to game. Recently, I've been looking into PbP games (there are a few at Roleplay onLine), and would love the chance to join one. If you do end up doing something like this, please let me know!

I know that there are a few other sites for PBP games, the PBPHouse is just the one that I am familiar with. I haven't played in any games there, but I do read many and I like the format and the procedure. If I runa C&C game there I will certainly give a call here first.

Now that the holiday season is over, I am gearing up to start a C&C conversion of The Lost City of Barakus using Fantasy Grounds and the Digital Adventures C&C ruleset. I hope this bring some of the peeps from the FG forums over to C&C.

LCoB is a good choice.

yeah, I've heavily modified the adventure...changing many of the encounters and such.

Prior to running the LCoB conversion, I am going to run the two introductory TLG adventures Lion in the Rope and A Knight Rising with the hope of getting C&C fans familiar with Fantasy Grounds, and get FG fans familiar with C&C.
