Is there a listing I can find for when conventions will be held around end of june /beginning of july? This is about the only time off I'll get and I've never been to a RPG con (mostly just the local ComiCon here).

The LGGC is held in june. The dates are on the TLG main website.
But, generally in the Missouri area, Archon in St Louis round october time is a good one to go too.
If you do a web search for 'sci fi and fantasy' conventions you'll find several sites that give national to multi national listings year round.

Or, you could just click here:

I can't remember what it was called, but there was a website out there that tracked all of the sci-fi, fantasy, gaming and fandom conventions out there.
One of them is
www.scficonventions.com, but as would be imagined, that site tracks mostly sci-fo cons. There are a smatering of others listed there too.

Thanks. But that one is all 2007.

Actually, it is 2008. Check the dates carefully. The artwork is out of date.

Okay, the artwork isn't the problem, it's just that the dated updates all precede the 2007 con. But the 2008 dates are up.

Yeah, I just got confused about it for a bit.
