...but I think I'm going to request a 'Castles & Crusades' cake for my birthday.

Just a rough design in keeping with the cover of the Player's Handbook.

My wife's artistic, etc.

I know, I know, this' probably a weird idea, too small to post...but you're looking at a guy who actually made 'Yak-Face' cookies from a recipe listed in an old Star Wars fan magazine.

mmm...cantina cookies...

Actually, they were pretty gross come to think of it.
For crying out loud. Do your best with the rolls the dice have given you. This is what separates the men from the boys... -Kayolan

Just had my 6 and 8 year-old boys party today.

They had Star Wars and Space cakes.

Do you have to make a siege check to get the piece with a Troll on it?

You'll have to post a photo when it is finished.

I've seen photos of a wedding cake done up like the D&D PHB3. I think the caption even said the bride didn't game at all. Whatta gal!

Wow, OK. Maybe, just maybe, the 3rd edition wedding cake was a bit over the top!
Now if it had been a C&C cake...

Ah. The only people that know the difference is going to be us. To everyone else it's going to be just some 'gamer thing'.

I just ate an Oscar the Grouch cake... its not weird at all. Just watch Ace of Cakes on Food Network for some odd ones... hell, the dude uses foam in many of them. Guess those aren't really for eating, which sort of defeats the purpose.

Get a C&C cake and have a 50/50 shot of being on TV too.

I always thought that a cake with the 1st Ed. AD&D PHB cover would be cool. Those thieves prying out those ruby eyes in the statue would look cool as a cake.

Call up Charm City cakes, they'll make it! I was at a convention a few years ago in Columbus Ohio (MARcon) and Charm City Cakes made the Death Star for the show.
