Crazy day here around Castle Frankfort.

Post by Tadhg »

Crazy and sad. At my nearby shopping area, a gunman killed 5 women across from my Super Target (at the Lane Bryant) about late morning today.

They didn't catch the man, but told residents to stay in. The news choppers showed our subdivision and my castle as I was watching the news. Very weird.

Police helicopters swarmed our area in addition to the news copters.

Having grown up in Chicago, this was not a big deal for me, but all my neighbors were freaking out - as this stuff does not happen here.

Well, one time about 15 years ago, there was a huge prison break from Statesville in Joliet and we all had to lock up and stay inside our houses.

Sure hope they catch the bastard!

Heh, indeed. I had my faithful gnome valet Laroo take the worgs for a walk around the grounds, but they only found some of the local yapping dogs ~ a nice snack for them and for me, keeping the nights quiet!

Thanks.

Also amazing was watching the media frenzy with competing helicopters and then here the unconfirmed reports of . . . just about everything.

Oh and all the police agencies involved . . . Will County, Cook County, City of Tinley Park, City of Mokena, City of Chicago.

But, it was good to see that police can have huge machine guns these days instead of just pistols.

Tragic. I also hope they catch him.

It's bad enough to see stuff like that in the bad places of the world I have to go to. Back here in the US.....

Keep you head down & if you need help manning an OP or setting up a sniper site let me know.

Sad to hear Rhu. Stay safe as I count my blessings for locating Grimmhaus waaay outside of most settled areas.

That is some crazy news. May the murderer hang from his entrails and burn for all eternity.
