That would be Omar, as in General. But close.

*chuckles* I dunno, I find the description of a useless piece of equipment that far too much money was spent on, rather apt.

There's a terrific HBO movie on the rather ridiculous history of the Bradley's development --- "The Pentagon Wars."
It stars Kelsey Grammer and Cary Elwes, and is downright hysterical.

Let me just say that the Bradley AFV is definetly not a useless vehicle. I'll leave it at that so this does NOT get political.

It had to do with an incident at a TLG 'business meeting' (which they generally hold in strip clubs) wherein the starving artist showed how much starving he was by running out of $20 bills. Steve and Davis thought the whole situation was hilarious even as they ponied up the small amount I was short.
I blame it all on Mishler and his savage depletion of the ATM machine of course.

Is there any place we can see an uncropped image of Bradely's giants? The one used for LGGC has a rogue hand off to the left, and I'd love to see what the entire painting looked like, minus the text.

Been there, but apart from using his resume to contact him ( ) I didn't feel comfortable getting in touch. (That, and the giants pic. isn't in the gallery.)
Thank you, though!

Look at it this way, TLG business meetings have paid the way for a number of talented doctors and lawyers to pay for their schooling.
Thanks for the answer. good story.

I think Peter's a great artist...a Giant among men. well at least to those shorter than he is...hehe...Seriously, I was very impressed by him when I met him and think he is great artist. One day I think he will be remembered as one of the greatest of the fantasy art world.

I'd agree, spent plenty of time on a few in the Infantry. I still say the smoke generators will make you sterile
