TLG setting web pages

Post by Omote »

TLG has a few campaign settings now for the Castles & Crusades RPG. In another thread I made mention that it's hard to find all of the bits pertaining to the Haunted Highlands setting.

Is it possible, or even a good idea to have a seperate web page for each setting (Aihrde, Zagyg, Haunted Highlands). Possibly (if it's easier) even a seperate forum on message boards for all things relating to each section?

Just a thought.

Most of those already have their own section of th forums: CZ does, Aihrde does, Wilderlands does... the one that does not is HH, because its subsumed in the "Adventures" section. A moderator should be able to do that, if desired. But, a separate webpage is another matter altogether.

Well then, I think it's high time HH got it's own forum! Though I still think the webpage idea is worthy, but I can understand why TLG might not want to go this route.

I'm not saying that it can't be done: its just work that would need to be done. If it would help, it would be a good idea.. I hope it happens, because I think it would help promote those a bit better. Certainly would make providing "enhancements" easier.

I also agree that promoting the settings with their own web page would be a positive way to go. There have been a bevy of new forum posters over the last few weeks, and it might be a good idea to present the material in a more, uniform, manner. At least in non-knowing opinion.

We'll see.

Different webpages is a good idea to me too. Especially if we start to get more for Star Siege when its released. Which I hope.
