Hey, clear out some of your emails, man. I'm getting returned stuff due to exceeding the limits of your inbox. This is not good, for many reasons, namely, you probably can't get any new orders, and also, you can't get the "Gary Project" document, as I have now finished it.

OK, I used the FTP way. There is now a folder called "fromserleran" which has the requested file. Let me know if there needs to be anything modified, clarified, or altered. Especially if its doesn't open.

I talked with Steve and he is fully aware of the problems with the troll email accounts. He is currently out of town and should be back tonight. Please be patient and everything should back up and working shortly.
