Oy yeah. She's a hotty. Caprica Six.
Just watching her twist Baltars mind, stands as one of the best featurettes I have seen of the New Battlestar Galactica series.
Them kids these days! She also did an episode of CSI: LV according to IDMb and uh has voice parts in Command and Conquer: Tiberian Sun. What do you suppose the odds are she has played RPGs or comes from a gaming family?

Oh man, cool guests. Doug Jones, man I gotta meet that guy. Cool.
I met Kevin Sorbo last year (or maybe two years ago) and he was a pretty cool guy.

I think Takei's a great man. Always patient with the fans, even when they don't always deserve it.
Anybody else here read the bit from the guy who plays Hiro on "Heroes", where he was talking about the advice George gave him on dealing with fans?
"They're your life," the actor said, imitating Takei's sepulchurally deep voice. "Give them everything you can".
Here's my Takei story for the discussion, friends:
When I was living in L.A., a relative of mine was a producer on a show that featured Takei. One day, she comes home and says to me (knowing I'm a classic Trek fan), "Oh, you have just GOT to hear George Takei's answering machine message! His voice is so deep, it's almost unbelievable!'
So, she gives me Takei's home number and says, "Here, but don't give this out, and don't let anyone know where it came from. You have just GOT to hear his message!"
So, the next day, I called the number, hoping to hear the infamous message.
RingRingRing
"Hello?" says this instantly recognizable voice, a voice so damn deep it makes James Earl Jones sound like a castrata.
It was George! He'd picked up!
So, I'm silently freaking out. I never expected to get the man himself, given the time of day. I'm not supposed to have this number, and it could cost my relative her job.
So, I make up names, and tell the lamest lie since Han Solo answered the comm in the Death Star detention block ...
"Uh, hi. This is Michael. Is Ken there?" (I'm not Michael. I know no Ken)
"Who?" says The Basso Voice That Is THE TAKEI, genuinely puzzled.
"Ken," I stammer. "Is Ken there?"
Had I known then that Takei was gay (everybody in Hollywood but me already knew, apparently), I likely would asked for a woman's name. I was actually trying NOT to create potential trouble for whoever he might live with by using a guy's name.
Takei thinks a second, and then lets out this big rolling "Ah ha ha ha" laugh. Seriously, you can hear the gentle amusement as he realizes I'm a random doofus. Windows shatter in my neighborhood, and car alarms go off from the strength of the bass soundwaves in his laugh.
"I'm sorry," says THE TAKEI, and he honestly sounds sincere. "I think you have the wrong number.
"Oh, I'm sorry, sir," I stammer. And I am. I'm lying to Captain Sulu. That's not the Federation way. "I'm sorry to have disturbed you." I say.
Again the benign bass-frequency laugh. "It's not a problem at all".
And we hang up.
So, there's my George Takei story.
And I never DID get to hear that damn answering machine message!

You hit the anvil in the center.
Takei was absolutely wonderful to meet; as fans moved up in line to meet him, he would engage THEM in conversation, sometimes holding up the line for minutes to get to know something about each person.
When I got to him, I mumbled something like: "It's an er honor, Mr. Takei.." he stopped, looked at me, smiled and asked: "How do you like the weather here today?"
As the conversations progressed, he said things like: " Ah...quite a TREK you took to get here.", etc.
My wife was super-impressed with him as well.
