what does it require to get a custom title? i want to be a gleengineer.

Yep. Or you may be confusing posting rank titles with custom titles. Outside of the 5 (or so) moderators/troll employees I am the only one to have a custom title.

All other titles are standard ranking titles based on numbers of posts made.

I think 100 is the first change. Then I believe the next was at 500.

Sieg can tell you if he reads this post. Or maybe its Fiff that knows?
