What's This? A Wilderlands Ranger caught off his guard....

Nope. At least not yet. This is the first of the nautical games I'm putting togther featuring ships and swashbuckling action. This will debut at GenCon on Saturday morning, still don't know where yet, check in at RPGHQ.

I'm greenlighting this for 9 Am on Saturday morning, August 16th. This event will run from 9-1. I want to make the dealer hall as well, on Saturday afternoon as that is the only day I plan on spending at GenCon this year.

This 2nd Earthday of Blackmoon, 4433

Fellow Citizens of Lofton, On the 4th Waterday of Goodgrove, Terror struk our fair village. Many longboats of the fierce Skandik landed, and though our valor prevailed on that day, and Mannannan drove away the raiders with fierce storms, and pounding surf, our task is not yet done. Many women and children from our village were captured from the outlying areas of town and led away in chains. I call upon the valiant among you, to go forth, and aid our fellow towns people. Rescue them from the slavery, bondage, and misery that the Skandik call service. Using my mighty sorceries, I have learned a grand fleet of the Skandik longboats, even now, sails North to raid of the Isles of the Blessed, and along the Ebony Coast. A smaller fleet of six longboats, is returning to the Skandik stronghold of Nirang's Keep, a cavern complex set into the cliffs, East of the Dwarven city of Chim some four leagues South of the cape on the Devil's Tongue Peninsula. Sally forth and bring back our fair citizens! Punish the foolish Skandik for their Ill choice of landing, and teach them, that they should venture far and away from our fair town, when they go in search of prey![/FONT]

This is a 0D&D gaming round for 5th-7th level characters, Characters and minis will be provided, although you may bring your own 5-7th level character. You are free to bring your own characters, of course. Character builds from the White bookset, BD&D Masters, or Rules Cyclopedia are accepted for this adventure.

Mmmmkkay... I have a nice little wilderlands adventure put together now. For those of you that are planning on participating, here's a little eye candy. Call it a preview. Too bad your spy was captured and killed before he could enter the sea cavern at Naryang....
