Ordering from TLG??
Ordering from TLG??
I've sent an email per the ordering page to troll@trolllord.com inquiring about ordering Codex of Erde and shipping on Friday of last week. So far I haven't received a reply. I know the Trolls are busy folks, but someone mentioned supplies running low on that item and I would like to order it for the $10 price instead of buying it from Amazon for $35 or their affiliates, even if some of them are cheaper. Any suggestions on what to do?
If you paid via paypal I never got a confirmation until it arrived in the mail.

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

The best way to reach the Trolls is by phone. You will get a response much more quickly than if you inquire by e-mail or forum post. Please note the Trolls spent the weekend running a gaming convention. I wouldn't have expected any feedback from them since Friday under the circumstances.

I would just order it. If it's out of stock, they'll let you know.
Or you can call them to place an order.

No, I haven't paid yet, I asked them if there was a cheaper method of shipping other than $7 for priority. Time isn't of the essence, so I'd prefer a cheaper alternative like 7-day shipping if it were cheaper. That's why I was trying to find out if perhaps I sent it to the wrong email address.

Good call, hadn't noticed that. Probably explains why I haven't heard anything yet.
Give them a couple days to get caught up. I've dealt exclusively with Steve by email and I've never had a problem. At worse, you may have to send him another email if you don't hear back within a couple of weeks. I've only had that happen once in the past couple of years.

Agreed. Although I had a bit of trouble corresponding by e-mail with the Trolls recently, I had the utmost confidence that once they responded*, they'd bend over backwards to accommodate me.
I'd trust these guys with my money any day of the week. I've spent close to $200 bucks on TLG stuff over the past year.
* I did get a response, and I would have gotten one sooner if I had just swallowed my Southern pride and just called them (but I didn't want to bother them!)

Ditto on the give it a couple of days. The Trolls were running Troll Con this weekend, so I imagine it will take a couple of days to sort out orders and emails from last week.

I'm horrible behind in my emails and posting. I'll try to track down all these order issues. Its a mess here and likely to get messier before Gencon. But thats the troll way eh?

Trolls will be trolls.
I have never had any problems with TLG stuff being shipped once I've ordered it. I am sure they have been very busy of late. Give them some time to sort through the piles of stuff that I am sure has stacked up while they were preping for the con.
