That's an old snafu due to distributors being told about the book being in progress -- TLG should not have said anything about it (and believe me, they are suffering from this mistake) and assuming it would be out the next quarter or whatever. But, as of today, the CKG is not in print... might see a winter release (but that has a great deal to do with how fast things can get done) and is not an official announcement.
