The Fujara - the flute you've probably never heard
I have a buddy who plays a lot of ethnic instruments, his wife is Czech, so she brought him one of these Fujara flutes back from a recent trip. it's an incredible sound, works great for mood music, like a Shakuhatchi.
Excellent sound, very nice. Reminding me slightly of a diggery-doo. Similar in shape as well. So . . 1d6 when used as a weapon by my bard.
