Contacting Steve

Post by Jerm »

Hey,

what's the best way to contact Steve about ordering stuff?

I sent him an email but have still not gotten a reply. Since I'm in Belgium a phone call is not that obvious for me.

Or has he changed email addresses?

Thanks,

Jeremy

I'd say still the best way to contact him is to call, if you can swing a short, sweet international call.

As far as I know, his email works okay. I know (or I think I know ) he was having an email issue a while ago, but I thought I heard that all that was cleard up. But I have always heard that calling him was best.

Email should be working since the actual email address has not changed -- only the server for it. If you're still not getting through, PM gideon_thorne and he will take care of you. Normally, phone call is the best way, but that is not much help for people outside the US.

As much as I'd like to take credit for this (buffing fingernails)--as I had suggested a separate "orders" email account to you several weeks ago, I have a feeling that the idea had already been percolating.

No matter where it came from, it's a great idea and should help keep your personal mail separate from business mail.

I normally get decent response times (a day or so) but that also is depending on if there is any backlog for one reason of another. If TLG is having a SALE, it could talk a few extra days but always within a week in my experience.

Steve has just had something of a SNAFU with his computer so I would expect a bit of a backlog.

I ordered a subscription to the Crusader on the 9th of this month and got confirmation on the 13th.

Steve's like a viagra user. Takes him a little while, but he gets there eventually.
