I made a HUGE mistake!

I bought the StarSEIGE box set.

Now, not only am I beginning a C&C campaign through the old D&D Known World setting, I also need to find a way to run a StarSEIGE game in the old Star Frontiers setting.

Why? 'Cuz my sons agreed to my crazy plan to try out all the old adventures I ran as a young gamer, but with a modern rules system. C&C is (to me) the obvious choice for the D&D side, and I had been wondering how to do SciFi. I'm still in the first read of StarSIEGE, but my older son (10 years old) has taken ownership of one of the player's books and is super excited.

So begins the quest for SF-to-SS conversion info....

Good Luck! Sounds like you have some interesting and fun times ahead of you, sir! I have not yet procured the StarSIEGE rules myself, but they are an my (evergrowing) list of TLG gamig goodies to buy.

But it sounds great that your sons want to "follow in your footsteps." That's what I hoping for with my two boys (ages 6 and 3).
