Are you kidding? In the very early 80s, the overalls thing was HUGE.

Pretty dang cool, guys! I never seen either one of those ads. Awesome. I love old memorabilia like that (ads, merchandise) - gives me that warm, nostalgic feeling I adore so much.
It's not an ad, but I found this picture a while ago:
This is an ad, but not print...I'm sure most of you have seen it already:

Neat stuff all-around!

Anyone else notice that wimmens from the '70s and '80s are much hotter than the stick wimmens of today?

Castles & Crusades...more D&D than D&D.

Wow, those ads are awesome.
The slight differences on the D&D cartoon characters are interesting. Dungeon Master looks a little sinister.

The red-head in the ad is of course Elise Gygax Gary's daughter. There is a star frontiers ad with her in a gold miniskirt that is fairly amazing. In the day she was just what the D&D player wanted.
I like all of Gary's kids, pleasant folks.

Argh. I'm not getting a picture, Julian. Am I the only one not getting it, or am I justifiably nuts?
