Blasts from the Past

There was some talk, a while back, about the possibility of Froideval's Oriental Adventures (that would be the original vision, and not what was released for AD&D) could possibly be made for C&C. Has there been any continued talk, or, has it fallen off the earth?
Also, has there been any forthcoming knowledge of the module that a certain Mentzer and Gygax were working on (mentioned on Dragonsfoot)?
Oh, and final thing, briefly mentioned on the old boards, and scattered about to another forum: Has anything happened with Tracy Hickman and The Bronze Canticles C&C game setting?
I'm not looking for specifics, just "its still on," or "no." Not knowing is worse than knowing.

Please don't get me excited with such rumors, a Tracy Hickman setting and Gygax module for C&C.

Gary was soliciting a co-author on his email list and it looks as though he's found one. Frank apparently has too much on his hands to do it right now.

FM has too much to do? I admit, I don't follow Mr. Mentzer's career very close but other then GenCon, and LGGC, and his bakery, what the heck does the guy do anymore (or maybe those 3 things are too time consuming)?

I would think that running the business alone would be enough for one person to do.
I think the module is in good hands now, FWIW.

aside from the painfully obvious, has there ever been more known about the proposed rumors from ex-serleran?

Haven't heard a peep from TLG regarding these things. Not even a mention at GenCon when I barraged these poor souls with my incessant questions.
