Bolivian City/Jail

Post by Combat_Kyle »

This is a wild photo journal of a Bolivian jail that is self governed and without guards. Wild living in the states one can be blind to the outside world at times. But on a RPG note this would be a cool concept for a city in a module.

Yeah. You can rest assured there is a lot of stuff going on there we do NOT want to know about.

Crap! I just go hit with an adventure idea.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.
Sounds obvious to me! -Gm Michael

It blew my mind. I couldn't believe that. What is most shocking is that onlt 20% of the innmates there are serving a sentence. The rest are awaiting trial and have been for a while. I never plan to commit a crime, but thank goodness for due process and speedy trials. But yes this does spwan a great adventure idea.

And up to 4 deaths a day as the police encourage the prisoners to enforce their own rules?

Yeah. Brilliant....

You guys are right though. It would make a great adventure.
