Maybe they have some cool type of "choose your own adventure" you can play (via a touch-tone phone) and it'll make being on hold an adventure!

Maybe it just means you don't have to wait before they put you on hold. Improving customer service step by step!

See, I never put people on hold when I answered the phone at work. I just put the phone down and walked away. Hold buttons are for wusses.
