I love how all Hugh Jackman's fans are all up in arms about the "leaked" footage, when it is highly probable that it was a marketing scheme to bring attention to the movie.

These days I think it's acceptable tactics to accidently "leak" the movie. It still did pretty well considering it brought in $87M in the first weekend.

Exactly. Generate a little hype, create some drama and hype surrounding the movie/release...all in a days work.

Of course. Watching it on some little flat panel monitor does not compare to seeing it projected into a theater. Also, I don't think most people have THX-enabled stereo systems hooked up to the computer, though I know a few who do.

I went and saw it at the theatre yesterday. I didn't enjoy it as much as Iron Man, but I did enjoy it.

Jackman was still good in the role, but the movie was just sort of meh for me overall. Didn't hate it, but don't consider it to be Spidey, Spidey II, X-2, X-Men, or Iron Man. That's just me.
