Slight issue with The Cloud Giant's Tower pdf

Post by tylermo »

Hi, guys. Probably not the best time to point out this minor typo(and there may have been a few others sprinkled throughout the paragraphs of TCGT, and The Wizard's Tower. That said, only this one comes to mind. The cover for TCGT reads, "The Cloud's Giant's Tower". I'm sure that was mean to be Cloud Giant's Tower instead. It does appear to be correct throughout the rest of the module. Not a big deal, and it didn't detract from my enjoyment of Mr. Ward's adventure. I look forward to running TCGT, and TWT at convention near you.

Good catch, I hate when things like that happen. It's funny about proof reading, normally that is a mistake I would catch 9 times out of 10. I'm sitting here ::blushing:: thinking what a bone head I am. Oh well, that just makes me want to work harder next time.

I hope at least you enjoy the adventure and maybe think about buying TOWER'S OF'S ADVENTURE'S.

No worries, James. I've been a TLG fan boy since 2003 when Stephen and Todd were at a con in Southern Illinois. It would take more than that to turn me off. Your TOA adventure, and Stephen's should be suitable for exposing others(at conventions) to C&C. Incidentally, I purchased Tower's of's Adventure's at last year's GenCon. I had already spent too much money on C&C and Savage Worlds products, but Stephen talked me into it. Haven't had a chance to use it just yet, but I'm getting there by way of the aforementioned pdf adventures. Mistakes(large or small) will happen. For what it's worth, I was thrilled when you joined TLG. I was familiar with some of your AD&D 1st edition contributions, and Gamma World(2nd and 3rd). Incidentally, I'm sure my arm could be twisted to take a chance on your Metamorphosis Alpha rpg. I've seen it in many Studio 2 catalogs, but I digress. Keep up the good work! That goes for Stephen, Davis, Peter, and the entire Troll gang.
