I'm rather fond of Dark Druids, Dark Chateau, and Upper Works.

Of them, I think Upper Works was TLG's best-produced product, and could perhaps be their best-produced product in general: it was very well done!

Since the main books are taboo... My next favorite would have to be Engineering Dungeons.

I'd have to say C&C... Collectors edition + PHB + M&T.

Second on the list is GG's Worldbuilder

and third, Starsiege.

Fourth, a cd disk from like 2001-2002 containing adventures, specifically "A Lion in the Ropes".
