Twice I've written to the Trolls at TLG inquiring about access to new products with no response. This troubles me. Why can't someone at TLG at least respond at their new products.... The world wonders!

Because they are busy trying to get the Castle Keeper's Guide out the front door before Gen Con next month. Don't take it personally. We expect them to ignore everybody until then. The earth will stop turning if that book isn't released on time.

Yeah, I've had this happen before too. Like everyone else has echoed, a phone call is the best way, followed by private message via the forums. I had emails go un-answered for up to two weeks, but in the end, they always reply. Eventually!
