I would love to get this. I've got an older version but the new one is slick. But a hundred dollar price tag puts it a bit out of my range right now.

Yeah it's an expensive game, but I've got a few expensive hobbies already, so what's one more?

An argument can be made that much of their product is overpriced, I won't argue that point. I will say that Hulk has the highest quality components of any boardgame in my collection, to include many high quality FFG games like Descent and others. The figs in hulk make the high quality FFG figs look cheap by comparison and the thick cardboard stock of the SH tiles is the best I've ever seen. It is glossy and embossed as well as thick and sturdy. Is 100 bucks too much? Maybe, but with Descent retailing at 90 bucks with lower quality innards I would say the price is about right for what you get. Of course I'd love a discount

I judge a game by how much enjoyment I get out of it. If you feel you got $100 worth of enjoyment, then it's all good.

About the price of two video games these days, so the price is not unheard of (especially given the price of a Fantasy Flight games).

Giving is its own reward BD. You will know enjoyment like never before when you ship me that extra copy for Christmas.

I wouldnt call it "extra". I plan on combining board pieces and squads for a 4 player mega-crawl. I am using tilesystem with all of the new 3rd ed tiles integrated to set up my own scenarios

It certainly looks pretty. The figs look to be pre-painted...or am i wrong?
Seen a few games of the original edition played...looked like fun though involved.

The figs are not prepainted. The bugs are dark blue plastic and the terminator marines are dark red plastic.

Okay...that explains why I was thinking they had really bad paint jobs if they were pre-painted.

I wish they would re-release some of the older stuff, but it is good to see they still know how to make something.

Yeah that looks good, very similar to the Starcraft game board that I own, and have never played.

Hmmm. What you need, friend, is a new wife.
I bought a copy of Space Hulk. It's a really heavy box!

Yeah it's a heavy box indeed. I've been running the first scenario a lot and it's heavily weighted against the marines but I think Ive got a good strategy now. I can win a little over 50 percent of the time as the marines
