I am reluctant to do this, but I have two copies of this gem, both new in shrink wrap. $175.00 each, or consideration of other offers.

I did not see an appropriate forum for this so I put it in general.

How do you keep getting your hands on these?

I believe when they last answered this question it was because the ones that went via distributors were shrinked wrapped. Direct ordered had no need.

I believe Steve said that TLG did not shrink wrap - the distributors did this.

I got these from a retail store in KC, KS about 4 months ago. Tried selling them a while back, ended up selling my almost unused play copy.

Peel . . I wouldn't pay more than $50 for one (take that as an offer!! ) - but you might consider throwing them up on eBay where anything can and will happen.

I second the ebay thing.

I personally wouldn't buy any game, no matter how rare, for extreme high prices. But, there are plenty on ebay who will.

I am just as happy to wait and see what GG does with it. Though GG is a dead zone right now doesn't mean that the license is dead. And, even if nothing ever comes out I have plenty of other things to play.

Good luck none-the-less.

Ah, OK, I was under the impression you sold both of the ones you offered up last time.

You may want to look at eBay if you haven't already. last time I paid attention to an auction of these boxed sets they went for around $200. Unfortunately way more than I am willing to pay for a third copy, but apparently others are willing to. Presumably to be their first copy.
